DreamTrips Merchandise Shipping Policy
At DreamTrips, every piece of merchandise is custom-made for you when you place an order. Because we use a Print-on-Demand (POD) model powered by Printify's global network of print providers, our shipping process involves two distinct stages: Production and Shipping.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment (The Two Stages)
A. Production Time (The Custom Creation Stage)
This is the time it takes to create your custom product, from printing the design to quality checking and packaging.

Average Production Time: Typically, it takes 2 to 7 business days for our print partners to create and package your item before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Production times can fluctuate during peak travel seasons (e.g., holidays, special sales), but we will always aim to keep this window as short as possible.
B. Shipping Time (The Transit Stage)
This is the time your order spends in transit after it has been fulfilled and picked up by the carrier.

Shipping times are dependent on your location, the print provider's location, and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Estimated Transit Times (after Production):

USA: 3 – 8 business days

Canada: 5 – 10 business days

International: 10 – 20 business days

Please note: Shipping carriers are independent organizations, and while these times are typical, delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier congestion are outside of our control.
2. Separate Shipments (Important for Multi-Item Orders)
Since we use a network of print providers, your order may contain items fulfilled by different companies or located in different facilities.

Multiple Packages: If you order several items, they may be produced and shipped separately. This means you might receive multiple tracking numbers and packages on different days.

Combined Shipping: We are generally unable to offer combined shipping discounts for items that originate from different print providers, as they are shipped independently.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

The type and weight of the products in your order.

The destination address of your order.

The chosen shipping method (Standard, Express, etc.).
First Item / Additional Item Pricing: The initial item in your order typically has a higher shipping cost, while each additional item from the same print provider will incur a discounted, lower add-on cost. This discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
4. Tracking and Delivery
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has completed the production stage and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number(s).
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate before completing your purchase.

We are unable to change the address once an order has entered production.

If a package is returned to the print provider due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
5. International Orders (Duties and Customs)
For customers outside the country where the print provider is located, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your destination country.

Customer Responsibility: These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We advise you to check with your local customs office regarding potential charges before placing an order. Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being held, returned, or destroyed, with no possibility of a refund.
