DreamTrips Merchandise Return Policy
At DreamTrips, we want you to be as excited about wearing the lifestyle as you are about traveling the world. If you need to make a return, we've designed a clear process to make your journey smooth.
30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must meet the following criteria:

It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and unwashed.

It must have all original tags attached and be returned in its original packaging.

You must include your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Contact Us First: To start a return, please contact us at operations@dreamtrips.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We cannot accept items sent back without first initiating a return request.

Return Label & Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note on Fulfillment (POD): As our merchandise is produced via a global Print-on-Demand (POD) network, your return may need to be sent to a specific fulfillment facility. Please wait for our instructions to ensure your item reaches the correct destination for processing.
Damages, Issues, and Quality Concerns
As we partner with Printify for fulfillment, we prioritize the quality of your merchandise. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item/size due to a fulfillment error, please contact us at operations@dreamtrips.com right away. We will evaluate the issue and work with our POD partner to arrange a replacement or refund and make things right.
Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
Due to the personalized nature of Print-on-Demand and hygiene standards, we have a few exceptions:

Custom or Personalized Items: Any merchandise created as a special order or personalized item cannot be returned.

Final Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked as Sale items or Gift Cards.

Personal Care/Hygiene Items: We do not accept returns for items like used drinkware, intimate apparel, or personal care goods once their packaging has been opened.

Exchanges
For the fastest service, we recommend treating exchanges as a new order: simply return the original item for a refund (once accepted), and then make a separate purchase for the new size, color, or item you want.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the refund to be processed and posted by your bank or credit card company.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us directly at operations@dreamtrips.com so we can investigate.
European Union Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, notwithstanding the above policy. The item must still meet all eligibility requirements (unworn, unused, original packaging, and proof of purchase).
